How Long Will My Custom Order Take?
Standard manufacturing time is 12 weeks but seasonal demand and custom paint colours with flake can increase this.
If you have a deadline for an event please communicate with us!
*Due to the nature of wood products the final tone can vary slightly.
Who Do You Work With?
We work with up to 5 local businesses on each project for cnc machining, laser cutting, anodising, polishing & laser engraving.
How Do I Make An Order?
Just click on the product of your choice, add it to your cart. This will take you to your shopping cart where quantities can also be changed. Then click 'checkout' to fill out your shipping and payment details. Either enter your credit card details to pay for your chosen items.
Which Payment Methods Do You Accept?
Jeff's Emporium accepts the following payment methods for online purchases:
• All major credit cards, as shown at checkout: Visa, Mastercard & American Express.
- Shop Pay, Google Pay & Apple Pay.
- Union Pay and Paypal.
Please note that your billing address must match the address on your credit card statement.
How Do I Pay For My Order? Is It Safe To Use My Credit Card?
When you checkout you are directed to Shopify secure payment gateway where you can enter your details safely. You can pay by credit cards: visa, mastercard or american express. You can also choose to pay by Shop Pay, Union Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay or Paypal.
How Much Does Shipping Cost?

Free nationwide shipping on all steering wheels.
To ensure you always pay a fair price for delivery you will be presented with exact shipping rates in the checkout, based upon the items you order and your delivery address. All packages are sent out of Auckland, New Zealand.
Please allow up to 7 working days for your package to arrive before contacting us. Although we strive to have them arrive in 1-3 working days with rural, public holidays, weekends, or unforeseen circumstances, this can take longer, depending on the shipping option, location and payment option you chose. We strive to complete all orders received as soon as possible.

How Can I Track My Order?
Once you place your order online, you will be able to see the details of the purchase, follow its preparation, and see shipping updates in the My Account area.
How To Return My Items?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The item must be returned at your expense and we recommend a signature guaranteed courier service to protect you from loss.

A Product I Want Is Out Of Stock, When Will It Be Back?
If a product is out of stock, it has likely been reordered and on its way. Please email us if you would like an item to be placed on backorder for you. Please contact our support team for more info and to get specific details. Some products are limited edition or uniquely hard to find and may not be available again unfortunately and we apologise for that inconvenience.
